I would like to start a home-business and purchase a property. Because my credit is not so good it has been impossible to get the funds I need. Can you assist me.
Currently a senior student at a local university. Starting a business is the only hope of being in control of my life as well as being a contributing member of society, educator and health care administrator. Being an American means something to me. However it seems impossible to become a home owner because I am low income and do not have a high credit score. I want some of the land that is in a rural area that can be developed. I would like to know if there is any opportunity for an American who is seeking to contribute to this country.
